Most people only set up an appointment with their doctor when they feel something terribly wrong with their physical condition. You might also want to visit you’re a counsellor or psychologist for your mental health especially if you have gone through emotionally traumatic experiences for a time.

2. Take care of yourself. 

Are you the kind of person who puts others first before yourself? If you are, it wouldn’t be surprising if you’ll end up feeling exhausted and out-of-shape any time soon.  Take a day or a week to rest and study yourself in silence, noting which factors in your life are and are not working for you. These may include your eating habits, work attitude and even the people you keep close to your side. Be conscious of the way you relax or overwork yourself. Whatever you do will affect your wellbeing in the long run.

3. Exercise regularly. 

Regular exercise can do wonders not only to your but also to your overall being. You need not engage in heavy physical activities. It could be as simple as walking which studies prove to be effective in clearing one’s mind while improving blood circulation in the body. If you find it hard to exercise alone, ask people close to you to join you or keep a regular schedule of physical activities like hiking or playing a sport with you.
