Up Close And Personal

This is what I thought when I decided to go healthy all the way last year. :-)

Hi friends! I am Tisha West, a proud mother of two wonderful angels. The first time I got hospitalized as a mom, which was three years after I gave birth to my second child, I thought to myself 'what would happen to my angels if ever I leave them earlier than expected?' Images of them crying and being unable to finish school haunted me while I was lying on the hospital bed.  From then on, I decided to take the small steps in getting started to living a healthy lifestyle.
